Over the course of his career, Bradley Cook has guided high-impact projects for clients such as Carvana, Ochsner Health, St. Tammany Health System, DSLD, goPuff, and American Freight, among others. He led Stirling Properties’ first build-to-suit industrial development for Dana Incorporated, delivering a successful facility now operating within Fremaux Park in Slidell, LA.
Bradley holds real estate licenses in both Louisiana and Mississippi and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) — a designation held by only a small percentage of professionals in the field. He also serves as President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Realtor Land Institute (RLI), where he is actively pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. In addition, he is working toward the Certified Louisiana Economic Developer (CLED) credential, reflecting his deep commitment to economic advancement in the region.
A recognized leader and advocate, Bradley is a graduate of several leadership programs, including Leadership St. Tammany, the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), the Nancy Marsiglia Institute of Justice at Loyola University, and Leadership Louisiana. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Louisiana Realtors and chairs the Membership Committee for NAIOP’s Gulf Coast Chapter.
Outside of real estate, Bradley is deeply involved in service and advocacy for foster care and special needs communities. A former board member of Special Olympics Louisiana, Youth Service Bureau, and James Samaritan, he blends his professional expertise with a strong sense of purpose. More recently, he partnered to develop Palette Northshore - the area's first coworking and collaboration community built for entrepreneurs.
Bradley earned both his bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees from Louisiana Tech University, where he was named Graduate Student of the Year.
