First Time Home Buyers

I called Becky about renting a home she had advertised.  After talking with her a few minutes she asked me if I had thought about buying a home.  I told her I didn't think we would qualify.  She told me about the First Time Homebuyers Program.  We filled out an application and before we knew it we were in our home!  Ask her if you qualify for this program...


 

Retired and Happy
Since our children have grown up and moved out we no longer needed the large home we were living in.  Becky helped us sell our home and find a smaller home we were more comfortable in.  We recommend letting her help you if you find yourself in this situation yourself.
Small home blues
When my husband and I married we joined two families.  He had 3 kids and I had one and we were living in a two bedroom house.  We started looking for a larger home and talked to Becky about a home she had listed in the paper.  She was able to quickly sell our home and get us into the new home before we knew it!  Let her help you if you need to buy or sell a home.
Moving to Texas...
My husband's job had moved to Texas and we needed to sell our house quickly.  We thought he would have to live in a apartment for a while until the house sold but Becky was able to find a buyer before I even had everything packed up!  We all moved to Texas together!  Let Becky help you sell your house...she's great!
Baby Crazy

I thought I would have to go crazy living in a motel with a toddler until we could find a home to live in.  My husband had been transferred here and we were not able to come and find a home until we actually moved here.  We called Becky about a rental house she had but when we told her what we wanted she was able to help us buy a home quickly and saved my sanity too!  Thanks Becky!
